Welcome to Mango E-Commerce Agency Pvt Ltd. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services, located at www.mangoecommerce.pk.

By accessing this website and engaging our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Mango E-Commerce Agency if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Definitions

  • “Agency” refers to Mango E-Commerce Agency Pvt Ltd.

  • “Client” refers to you, the person or entity using our services.

  • “Services” includes Software Development, E-commerce Management (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Daraz), Live Monitoring, and Custom CNC/Laser Cutting.

2. Service Provision

  • Digital Services: E-commerce store setups and management are based on the guidelines of the respective platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.). The Agency is not responsible for platform-wide policy changes or account suspensions initiated by the platforms.

  • Live Monitoring: Our 24/7 monitoring services are designed for proactive oversight. While we strive for 100% uptime and security, we do not guarantee an absolute absence of technical failures.

  • CNC & Physical Products: Custom-built products are manufactured based on Client-approved designs. Once a physical product enters the “CNC Cutting” or “Laser Cutting” phase, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Mango E-Commerce Agency and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website and all custom code or designs produced, until full payment is received from the Client.

4. Payment Terms

  • All service fees are quoted in the agreed-upon currency and must be paid according to the milestones defined in the project proposal.

  • Late payments may result in the temporary suspension of digital services, including Hosting and Live Monitoring.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mango E-Commerce Agency Pvt Ltd, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services, whether such liability is under contract. This includes any indirect, consequential, or special liability.

6. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Gujranwala for the resolution of any disputes.
